It is day 115 of my challenge to become a millionaire in 18 months – approximately 547 days. This is about one-fifth of the time I’ve given myself.
I’ve been working hard to get my four leading websites to rank with Google and have received lots of clicks, so there are more and more visits each day. Wealthy Affiliate –my perfect platform–site health monitor drives me on: I desire the progress bar to always show green, which means ‘awesome.’ And I’ve got no end of ideas for content with the help of WA Business Hubs, which provide hundreds of ideas for posts that Google still needs to fulfil all its search requests.
Wealthy Affiliate: the Perfect Platform and Assistant
I truly recommend Wealthy Affiliate to provide excellent hosting, technical support, and thousands of content ideas specifically designed for your business. Without these daily prompts and incentives, it would be difficult to keep producing content to keep my rankings high.
The Premium+ dashboard is where you will find absolutely everything you need. It’s like a command console: everything at your fingertips! It’s ideal for daily monitoring of your sites and for quickly producing posts to keep up with your publishing schedule.

Millionaire’s Apprentice Skool
Also, on 24th March, Michael Cheney, my Millionaire mentor, launched his ‘Skool’ and invited me to join it. This was a welcome change after I had been building websites to promote his digital products. To date, I’ve got 291 millionaires in the making to rub shoulders with and encourage me. It’s a considerable change to socialise with like-minded people.
The training Michael Cheney delivers in person at skool is excellent. Most of it is scrupulously created video training designed to incentivise and move us on by attracting traffic on Social Media so we can promote all his unique products. We can work at our own pace, too. But from time to time, he goes live and makes essential announcements. It’s so wonderful to be able to talk openly to the founder during these sessions or, in fact, by message at any time.
This last week, I have learned significantly about the dangers of spreading myself too thinly on social media. The mentality is, ‘I must reach as many people as possible to attract them.’ But of course, each platform has its unique algorithm and parameters, so it’s pretty gruelling if you’re targeting a number.
So, it’s preferable and much more effective to focus on one channel where you feel comfortable diving deep and genuinely contributing to the community. Generating traffic is all about trust and consistency. I focused on LinkedIn, which I already have a following on, so it’s enjoyable. I’m drilling down beneath the layers to find amazing things I had no idea existed because I was always flitting in and out.
I’m also starting afresh with Quora as a businessperson instead of an academic. This will get me in touch with the right people for my challenge. So, after several months of fumbling in the dark, the view is getting clearer, so I can apply myself to all the tasks needed to meet my challenge.

My Mindset
I am staying very positive. I’m unsure if I would have continued without my spiritual strategies to remain the ruler of my thoughts and emotions in my ideal universe.
Every day I use affirmations with a strong emotional thrust to send into the Universe that will reflect good scenes back into my life. And periods of mindfulness and the Alexander Technique for stress relief 40 minutes twice a day. Good food three times a day and walking for at least 40 minutes.
I am so grateful for all the encouragement and expert guidance I am getting from Wealthy Affiliate and Millionaire’s Apprentice. It would be almost impossible to achieve my dream without it.
It makes much more sense to deep-dive into my Social Media platforms to network there.
